July 3(Thu) - Your guide will pick you up at the Airport and escort you to the Majestic Hotel. (I will confirm your guide's cell phone no.for you later.)
Jul 4 - You will be free today. I believe that you are meeting with your children's foster family this evening.
July 5 & 6(Sat& Sun) - You will get to do some sightseeing, shopping; or you can opt not to if it doesn't interest you or have already seen it.
July 7 (Mon) - Today you will pick up your son in the morning. You will also begin to prepare the necessary adoption documents and take your family picture.
July 8(Tue) - You will complete the Adoption Registration and Notarization today.
Jul 9(Wed) - Today you will check out of the Majestic hotel. You will be traveling to Guilin by train from Nanning. Your guide will escort you the Rail Station to catch your train. Your next guide will be there to meet you once you get off the train and collect your bags. They will have a sign with your name on it (I will forward their name and cell number to). They will escort you to your hotel to check in. In the afternoon you will visit the Guilin orphanage and try to find your son's abandonment sight.
Jul 10(Thur): This is your day to have the boat trip and sightseeing in Guilin. You will need to pay for your boat ride tour when you get there. It is not included in your Inner China fee.
Jul 11(Fri): You will check out of your hotel this afternoon and prepare to fly to Guangzhou.(We have arranged for your guide to collect your son's notarial certificates and passport in Nanning. He will FedEx them to Jophy to receive on Saturday). Jophy will meet you at the Guangzhou Airport. She will be your guide (along with the 2 other families) while in Guangzhou. Your flight information is below.
Flight Info: Flight leaves Guilin Airport at 6:50 pm and arrives in GZ at 7:55.
Jul 12(Sat): Your son will have his visa physical examination. After that Jophy will meet with one parent and go over the USCIS paperwork that needs to be completed for your Consulate Appointment. You will be free the rest of the day.
Jul 13(Sun): Today you will do some sightseeing in Guangzhou.
Jul 14(Mon): Jophy will take your completed USCIS paperwork to your Consulate Appointment in the morning. Once she is done at the consulate you will be able to do some more shopping in the afternoon.
Jul 15(Tue): In the afternoon you will go to the Consulate for your Oath Swearing Ceremony. You will receive your son's visa this afternoon
Jul 16(Wed) - Today will be a free day for you or we can arrange some more sightseeing if you would like.
Jul 17(Thu) - Check out of your hotel room and Jophy will escort you to the airport for your return flight home.
July 17th arrive into SFO at 8:15 pm stay with my brother over night.
July 18th visit with family attend our oldest Son's graduation in SFO and celebrate
July 19th leave SFO to SLC at 1:05 arrive 4:04pm on United
